A refund damage deposit of € 600 is due.

Additional Charges:

A flat service fee of € 250 will be charged. It includes a cleaning lady for 5 hours per week for stays of 2 weeks and longer

Low Season Payment Schedule: 

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 15 days before arrival or earlier. 
• 0% refundable if cancelled after.
